Shipping methods and costs
- Estimated shipping times and shipping costs are based on the products selected
and are calculated at time of check-out.
- Shipping costs for orders from Bend Wine Cellar depend upon the method and
option you chose and are determined by weight and zip code.
- Standard deliveries are handled by UPS based on state availability.
- All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be
obtained from someone who is 21 years old or older. Delivery driver is
required to ask for ID to verify age.
- If an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment, we will
notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide you the option of
holding your order until all items are available for shipment.
- We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Bend Wine Cellar ships on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, excluding major
holidays. Additionally, under extreme weather conditions Bend Wine Cellar
reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure product quality.

Legal Shipping Areas
Bend Wine Cellar is authorized to ship into states that allow deliveries of alcoholic beverages. The states that prohibit the shipment of alcoholic beverages into their borders include:

Alabama, parts of Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and Vermont
Tracking Your Order
To track an order, sign into the UPS website and check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the tracking number provided at check-out. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's site.
If you think that your order is late, please note that:
1. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
2. Shipping occurs Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays.

Bottle limits & availability
In some instances state law regulates product availability and/or wine purchase limitations. As a result, some state and local laws may prevent Bend Wine Cellar from fulfilling your exact order. We will contact you via email if there are issues. We are currently licensed to ship wine to authorized states. Certain states allow a specific number of bottles per order. We are legally bound to honor these restrictions.
Out of stock items
Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, our staff is available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
Returns policy
Bend Wine Cellar strives to offer the best quality products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for assistance at customerservice@bendwinecellar.com. Only unopened bottles will be accepted for return and they must be shipped in the original insulated carton and include the original invoice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returnee. Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee. In accordance with wine trade tradition, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.
Credit card refunds
Bend Wine Cellar processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
