Q: Is my purchase secure?
A: Bend Wine Cellar uses industry-standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server. All other data transfer is conducted through a secure phone line.

Q: Will Bend Wine Cellar share my customer information? A: No! We respect your privacy, so we do not sell or distribute customer information unless otherwise required by matter of law.

Q. Does Bend Wine Cellar online store use cookies?
A: Yes, but once you leave our site, the cookie expires. During a user session, the cookie tracks your activity and helps you successfully complete your order.

Q: What are your payment options?
A: Bend Wine Cellar accepts check, Visa and MasterCard.

A: If you want a product that is not listed on our site, please let us know with a phone call or email us using our special request form. We will do our best to find the product for you.

Q: How often do you update your product inventory?
A: We update our product inventory every week to ensure the wine vintage and price is current. If an item in your order is not available, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open for retail sales Saturday 2:00 5:00 PM, Thursday 2:00 5:00 and by appointment Pacific Standard Time. The online store is available 24 hours a day.

Q: Does Bend Wine Cellar ship to all of the United States?
A: No, we only ship to the continental states that allow deliveries of alcoholic beverages. Please see the map that highlights the states we are authorized to ship.

A: No, we only ship to the continental states that allow deliveries of alcoholic beverages.

Q: What are your policies to returning a product to Bend Wine Cellar?
A: Please refer to our Shipping and Returns section on the site.

Q: What do I do if I order a product that no longer available?
A: If that occurs, our staff is available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items.

Q: Does Bend Wine Cellar offer a printed catalog?
A: No we do not offer a printed catalog. In our online store we offer a printed document listing the wines available in the wine shop.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You can login to your account and check the status of your orders there. Bend Wine Cellar also will send you email conformations after each order has been placed.

Q: Is there a limit of the number of bottles I can order?
A: Yes, the limit of bottles we are allowed to ship per order is 24 (2 cases). You may make multiple orders.

Q: Who do you ship with and do I need to be home to sign for the delivery?
A: Standard deliveries are handled by UPS based on state availability. All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained from someone who is 21 years old or older. Delivery driver is required to ask for ID to verify age.

Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
A: We cannot ship wine to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Someone 21 years of older must be present to sign and accept the delivery.

Q: How long does it take for an order to ship?
A: This is noted during the check out stage when placing an online order. Please refer to Shipping and Returns section on the web.

Q: Do you ship wine everyday?
A: Bend Wine Cellar ships on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, excluding major holidays. Additionally, under extreme weather conditions Bend Wine Cellar reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure product quality.

Q: What kind of security do you use?
A: Our shopping cart program uses the latest technology, a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with a 128 bit encryption, which is the industry standard with the top internet retailers. This provides the highest level of security for our customers.
